Different types of hair may need specific hydration, nutrition and reconstruction care, so it's important to know how to adjust the right care to your hair type and needs.
In this article, we teach you how to create a care schedule according to your hair's needs.
WHAT ARE THE THREE STAGES
OF THE HAIR SCHEDULE?
Hydration - Stage responsible for restoring water levels in the hair fibre. This phase involves a Hydration Mask, generally composed of an Aloe vera base and Vitamins.
Nutrition - Nutrition restores to the hair strands the oils and nutrients that act as a barrier against external aggressions. In this stage, a Nutrition Mask with oils and butters is recommended.
Reconstruction - This stage helps fill the capillary fibre, replenishing proteins and essential amino acids. At this stage, a Reconstruction Mask is recommended, with ingredients such as keratin, collagen, and creatine.
After completing the four weeks’ hair schedule, if you feel the need, you can repeat the process. You can also choose to repeat the cycle only when your hair is becoming more damaged.
